Our 400ml thermos Food Jar is perfect for storing hot soups, cold salads and everything in between for adults to take to work or older kids to take to school and enjoy the food as if it was freshly made. Thanks to its triple-wall insulation and leak-proof lid, it vacuum-seals the food inside keeping your meal warm for up to 6hrs and cold for 7hrs. The outside of the jar will always be dry and cool, no matter how hot its content is!

- Hand wash with warm soapy water and leave it to drain-off.
- Not freezer and microwave safe.
Tip: Our food jar keeps food warm for up to 6 hours, but the density of the food and usage of the jar may affect the warmth. Less dense foods, such as soups and saucy pasta, tend to stay warmer longer than denser foods. To maximize the jar's performance, it's crucial to follow the instructions carefully, which include heating the jar with boiling water for 5 minutes before adding boiling hot food to it. Avoid opening the jar before consuming the food, as this can cool it down faster.

Not great for hot food
Pros: Looks good, it’s a nice colour, easy to clean and easy to carry I’ve had this for nearly 2 months and have wasted so much food because it goes lukewarm / freezing cold in less than 6 hours - doesn’t matter whether it’s liquid or solid I can’t get it to stay as hot as it should be. I’ve emailed asking if I’m doing everything right just in case it was user error, but I actually have been doing everything they say to do like filling with boiling water etc. Really wanted to like this product but in my opinion it’s not fit for purpose! Will keep as a lunchbox for cold foods but not risking wasting anymore food that should only be eaten hot. Also had issues with getting the silicone lining back on at first and had to email for help and they sent me instructions - perhaps these instructions can be included in the little manual you get with the product.
