Our 400ml thermos Food Jar is perfect for storing hot soups, cold salads and everything in between for adults to take to work or older kids to take to school and enjoy the food as if it was freshly made. Thanks to its triple-wall insulation and leak-proof lid, it vacuum-seals the food inside keeping your meal warm for up to 6hrs and cold for 7hrs. The outside of the jar will always be dry and cool, no matter how hot its content is!
This beautiful Olive Green food jar also features a security lock making it a very reliable option to carry it anywhere and without spilling & includes a divider to separate food portions. Suitable from ages 18+ month.

- Hand wash with warm soapy water and leave it to drain-off.
- Not freezer and microwave safe.
Tip: Our food jar keeps food warm for up to 6 hours, but the density of the food and usage of the jar may affect the warmth. Less dense foods, such as soups and saucy pasta, tend to stay warmer longer than denser foods. To maximize the jar's performance, it's crucial to follow the instructions carefully, which include heating the jar with boiling water for 5 minutes before adding boiling hot food to it. Avoid opening the jar before consuming the food, as this can cool it down faster.

A good product that fills a niche in the market well. It is Large- too large for my 8yr old (who also wants a desert for his lunch!) He has a very good appetite but can only eat half of this. Keeps food warm, but not hot until lunch time. Haven’t tested it out for the full time stated on the blurb. A bit fiddly to clean the seal, but I’m used to it now, and overall I like the design. Only lost a star as the food is not piping hot at lunch time. We have had casseroles, stew, curry, pasta, soup in it every school day for the last month and never had a leak. Couldn’t find anything else similar to this on the market- the bowl shape is much better for kids than a deep thermos / cup shaped container.

Great looking little jar - fab size - BUT lid doesn’t stay on so have to use an elastic band and it doesn’t keep food cold - haven’t tried hot food - not massively impressed tbh

We'd like to offer some tips that might help: 1) For the vacuum insulation to work, it's essential that the lid is properly closed. Please make sure not to exceed the maximum fill line, as overfilling can prevent the lid from sealing correctly. 2) Check that the removable silicone lining is properly fitted in the lid. A misaligned or damaged lining can also prevent a secure seal.
