Extra details of the backpack include a handy label with name tag, side pockets to fit 2 water bottles of up to 500ml, and one or two adjustable shoulder straps for comfortable wear. The backpack fits children aged 2-6 perfectly and has a handy label with a name tag.
While hydration is really important, our water bottle comes with one leakproof bottle lid, one skidproof silicone bumper to protect your bottle (and eventually your ears!). Two straws and one cleaning brush to keep good care for a very long-time.

You can wash the Rollup Backpack using a soft cloth. However, do not machine wash, tumble dry and bleach.
Hand wash your water bottle with warm soapy water (after removing the silicone bumper) and leave it to dry.
Our products not are designed to be put in a dishwasher or a freezer or microwave.

The bag and snack box was lovely but unfortunately the bottle was dented. I have emailed my citron to arrange for another bottle. Let’s see what happens.

I will start that if it wasn't for the bag containers would get 5 stars. Thermal containers, bottle and snack container are amazing and I highly recommend them and will to anyone. Unfortunately bag is not done to same high standard. On first use whole side of had ripped stitches and we needed to stitched it back, than the top handle ripped and again we had to stitch that back. And now the backpack handle is ripped and we will have to stitch that back. I'm really sorry to say but the bag is huge disappointment. I'm not sure if we got bad batch but next time I would definitely go just for containers
