Easy Christmas themed lunch idea

| Lunch Box Recipe, Recipes

It's finally December yay! We can now finally share with you some amazing Christmas recipes that we have had up our sleeves. To start off, we thought we would share our delicious Christmas-themed lunch-box recipe using our grand-lunch box.

    • 2 slices of bread
    • 30g of grated cheese
    • 1 pepper
    • 2 slices of ham
    • 2 slices of cheese
    • 4  crackers
    • Yoghurt (flavour is optional)
    • Your favourite fruit

  1. Grab your 2 slices of bread and use a Christmas-tree cookie cutter to cut the slices into tree shapes, or you can use a knife.
  2. Put the Christmas tree slices onto a baking tray, or into your air-fryer and top with your grated cheese and chopped up peppers. Pop into the oven or air-fryer for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese goes golden brown.
  3. For the next savoury side, grab your ham and cheese slices and make them into Christmas-themed shapes. We have opted for Christmas crackers, but you can get creative! We have also added crackers to this compartment of our grand-lunch box.
  4. For something sweet, add yoghurt to your small food jar to keep cold, and cut up slices of fruit.

The Citron team hope you have a lovely start to your December and hopefully this lunch-box will add a little Christmas spirit to your day. The team currently have an amazing Christmas sale on, make sure you check it out.
