Get FREE NEXT DAY Delivery on all orders over £45

Delivery Options

- Free Delivery (Orders above £45): Orders placed before 1pm will arrive next day with DPD

- Standard NEXT DAY Delivery (Orders below £45): Orders placed before 1pm will arrive next day with Royal Mail £3.99

- Personalised Orders: Dispatched within 3 working days with Royal Mail (it could be quicker depending on volume of orders)

 

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Fri) qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm, weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order is sent.

Personalised Orders

Personalised items take up to 3 working days to dispatch, as each one is hand-prepared by our team (this could be quicker depending on volume of orders)

 

Shipping Information

● Delivery Attempts: If you are not home, please follow the re-delivery instructions from your local courier. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery costs must be paid before reshipment.

● Delivery Times: Times are estimates only and may be delayed due to payment checks, address verification, or courier issues. Royal Mail and DPD next-day delivery are 96% reliable but not guaranteed. Please order in advance to avoid disappointment.

● Addresses: Ensure your shipping details are correct and suitable for the chosen delivery option. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes as a signature is required.

● Delayed or Lost Parcels: Royal Mail deliveries are not considered lost until 15 working days after dispatch. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued before this time.

● Multiple Shipments: Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple addresses, separate orders are required.

● Damaged or Faulty Items: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if items arrive damaged or faulty. Photos may be requested before a refund or replacement is arranged.
