I bought this bag for my little girl for her first day of school, she loved it! It's beautiful! Unfortunately the straps don't keep their fasten well at all, they are constantly loosening, it doesn't hold the weight of the water bottle it just leans and loosens the strap. She hasn't used it for three weeks yet and the handle and one strap have broken off, she only has a spare pair of clothes which weight nothing and her water bottle in it. Really gutted!
