Our 400ml thermos Food Jar is perfect for storing hot soups, cold salads and everything in between for adults to take to work or older kids to take to school and enjoy the food as if it was freshly made. Thanks to its triple-wall insulation and leak-proof lid, it vacuum-seals the food inside keeping your meal warm for up to 6hrs and cold for 7hrs. The outside of the jar will always be dry and cool, no matter how hot its content is!

- Not freezer and microwave safe.
Tip: Our food jar keeps food warm for up to 6 hours, but the density of the food and usage of the jar may affect the warmth. Less dense foods, such as soups and saucy pasta, tend to stay warmer longer than denser foods. To maximize the jar's performance, it's crucial to follow the instructions carefully, which include heating the jar with boiling water for 5 minutes before adding boiling hot food to it. Avoid opening the jar before consuming the food, as this can cool it down faster.

The goods arrived after I had emailed twice regarding an alteration on the order to which no one replied. The packaging had stains on them but I let it go as I was quiet eager to receive the goods. I have to send this item back because the silicone lining has to be detached every time the jar needs to be washed. That would have been ok if the lining went back on easily. I spent 15 minutes trying to put it back on unsuccessfully and that was after following The printed instructions provided with the items. The cutlery sets come in a silicone case and even before use they ripped as the case is too tight for the cutlery. For the price charged I was expecting the items to be functional atleast. Really disappointed as there are not containers that keep food hot. It didn’t even do that. It is advertise that food stays hot for 6-7 hours and it definitely didn’t. It took me so long to find a product which appeared suitable for our needs only to find substandard quality. Moreover the after sales care is awful. Was sent a reply informing me what their hours of business are when I emailed regarding the ripped silicone case on the day of delivery without checking it was past 5.00 pm. When they replied about the torn silicone case I was told that I had to return the goods at my own expense even though they are defective. I was going to order two of each but glad I waited to see how we found the items.
