- Hand wash with warm soapy water and leave it to drain-off.
- Not freezer and microwave safe.
Tip: Our food jar keeps food warm for up to 6 hours, but the density of the food and usage of the jar may affect the warmth. Less dense foods, such as soups and saucy pasta, tend to stay warmer longer than denser foods. To maximize the jar's performance, it's crucial to follow the instructions carefully, which include heating the jar with boiling water for 5 minutes before adding boiling hot food to it. Avoid opening the jar before consuming the food, as this can cool it down faster.

I am very disappointed with the item. Doesnāt keep the food warm. I bought 2 food jar to give a kids warm meal everyday but the meal after 3h is barely warm. The food jar looks nice but doesnāt fit for the purpose. So in my opinion completely waste of money.

Put boiling water before putting food and then placed it in insulated bag, some 4-5hours later, I was pleasantly surprised to find the food was still hot, not warm but hot. Good product would highly recommend it especially if going on a day trip!
